the staff offered many restaurant recommendations. the lounge bar provided a relaxing space after a long day exploring. the room was very clean. i also received a chocolate compliment in the room.
the elevator took a long time with some bugs.

the hotel staff were kind i guess nothing special but acceptable
i found a real issue with the room size it was cramped i could barely turn around without bumping into something the walls felt paper thin i could hear every little noise from the hallway and the neighboring rooms it was not conducive to a relaxing stay

the staff were lovely and helpful i received a welcome gift upon my arrival it added a personal touch i also appreciated the tasteful décor throughout the place breakfast was really good with tasty options. i especially liked made-to-order eggs.
the lift made some noise at night this impacted my sleep a bit i was located near it

The staff was wonderful! They gave great food recommendations and helpful transportation advice. Breakfast had really good options. I especially loved the scrambled eggs. My room was ready even though I arrived early. The room was clean!

i found the rooms matching the descriptions online and i needed separate beds, which i got. the hotel size suited me, situated on a quieter street. metros were easily accessible, which i used daily. i enjoyed working with lorenzo for sight seeing recommendations.
the elevator made some noise at times though it wasn't a major issue.
